IT CANNOT BE

I have just heard the new David Hasselhoff song. I listened to it with disgust.

It was not disgust at the tuneful melodies. It was not disgust at the competent dance routine.

IT WAS DISGUST AT THE MESSAGE.

The message of this song appears to be to get into the car of an insistent stranger. The young girls are obviously reluctant, yet a middle aged man in a 'flash' car is doing his utmost to persuade them to 'get in the car'.

Were we not taught from a young age that this sort of thing leads to terrible consequences. We were. Those consequences are

STRANGER DANGER

Look at the link to stranger danger and make up your own mind. How can one of the icons of youth deliver such a message to young children?
